This quintessentially Vermont whiskey is made by infusing our gold medal 2016 World Spirits Competition award winning straight bourbon whiskey with 100% pure organic Vermont maple syrup that has been aged in our used bourbon barrels. This multi-step process requires invaluable time and patience to achieve a balance of rich and spicy, charred oak and sweet maple tones that overlay each other like a perfect fall Vermont mountain landscape.
Our Maple Bourbon is bourbon forward with a hint of maple on the nose. Notes of honey and oak on entry give way to cinnamon, maple, and smoky vanilla flavors mid-palate. It finishes spicy with a sweet chaser.
