Locally sourced 100% certified organic maple syrup from Walker’s in Underhill, VT is aged in Smugglers’ Notch Distillery’s award-winning straight bourbon whiskey barrels. The result is a lovely oak and bourbon flavor, Grade A, Dark Robust syrup with rich color and caramel flavor notes.
