Hop Off the Clock

Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz Smugglers' Notch Distillery Hopped Gin
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz SND Single Forest, Wood Fired Maple Syrup
  • Lime slice for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine and gently stir ingredients together in a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Garnish with lime slice.

Maple Gin Negroni

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz SND Maple Gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • Orange Wheel (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a rocks glass with ice, stir gently, and garnish with orange wheel.

Blend 802 Cosmo

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Smugglers' Notch Blend 802 Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Cointreau Orange Liqueur
  • 2 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • 1 tsp Fresh Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Pour the gin, Cointreau and juices into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
  2. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass
  3. Add a lemon twist and enjoy
