While visiting Vermont recently we happened upon Smugglers Notch Distillery. The Maple Syrup Organic) is by far the best we've ever tasted. There are several varieties to choose from, each aged in different barrels. Rye Barrels, Bourbon Barrels and Rum Barrells. Each has a mild but distinctive taste. We purchased several three packs to have as gifts back home, plus a couple of the larger bottles. We've heard nothing but rave reviews from our friends who now also feel its the best.
